Very happy with the work Damien supplied regarding our new toilet. Very professional and helpful. I also appreciated he always made sure my front door was closed, so my cats wouldn’t escape outside. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had a pipe that was constantly rattling and driving me crazy. Callum from Vic City Plumbing came out to have a look and was great! He figured out the problem straight away and was able to fix it within 30mins. He also showed up on time and was efficient and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Thank you Jason from Vic City Plumbers, for rescuing my mother's wedding ring from the drain. I initially spoke to James on the phone and he was sympathetic and understanding. He kept in contact, trying to find availability before the end of the day. Jason was at our door before midday. A nice guy, he was efficient, polite and charged a minimal fee. I will definitely be using this team again!

Huge thank you to Jason for his assistance with my blocked kitchen sink. Jason arrived right on time, carefully explained everything he was doing and was thorough but efficient, making sure I understood all the options available to me before taking any further action. Fantastic customer service from James at Vic Plumbing. Super responsive during our gushing‑faucet emergency, quick to review our video, and worked hard to secure a same day plumber at very short notice. Even when we cancelled after resolving it ourselves, he stayed polite, professional and understanding. Thanks again James!! We have also used for our backflow prevention testing and comms and work are always to a very high standard! I highly recommend Vic City Plumbing.

We had an outside sewer pipe blocked and overflowing and Flynn from Vic City Plumbing came over quickly and managed to sort it out. He worked very hard to get it unblocked. Once it was, he even cleaned up and left the place in a perfect condition. Thank you!
